WESTERN ASSOCIATION FOR THE SCIENCE OF THE PARANORMAL

Western Association for the Science of the Paranormal (WASP) is an evidence-based paranormal research group.

We will explore reports of paranormal activity in order to further understanding of such phenomena for ourselves and other interested people.

- WASP does not and will not trespass, as a matter of respect for our clients as well as ourselves. We will never perform field studies in any location without full permission of the owners and/or their agents.

- WASP does not charge for any of it's investigations.

- WASP are not experts. There is no such thing as an “expert” in the field of paranormal research. There is still no way to conclusively verify any claim of the paranormal, which is why we perform our field studies; to look for evidence in the hopes that some day we may have concrete answers. We always try to test our hypotheses, replicate results, and never come to a conclusion about those hypotheses until they are thoroughly tested. We never claim any “cause and effect” relationships outside of rational explanations, we only point out correlations.

Regardless of our members' personal beliefs, we approach every case as skeptics. WASP will always explore rational explanations first and foremost. We never claim to have found evidence of a “ghost”, “demon”, or any other paranormal entity. We only find things that we either can or can not explain through rational means.
